Sofi's Mini Donuts is a family-owned shop serving hot, fresh-made-to-order mini donuts. We operate two mini-donut trailers at Tanger Outlets Columbus in Sunbury, and we're hiring dependable team members to run one of those trailers — on your own — during weekend shifts when the outlets are busiest.
This isn't a typical mall job where you're surrounded by coworkers. You'll be the only Sofi's team member at your trailer for the whole shift: opening it up in the morning, making donuts to order, ringing up sales, restocking, and closing it down at the end of the day. We'll train you on every step — from running the donut machine to creating perfectly decorated donuts — but once you're trained, you run the show. We want you to have fun and wow customers with our mini donut creations at every interaction.
What you'll do
- Open the trailer, set up for service, and close it down at the end of your shift
- Make fresh mini donuts to order on the donut machine (it's fun — and yes, it smells amazing)
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash and card payments
- Keep the trailer clean, stocked, and looking great
- Track simple inventory and let us know what needs reordering
- Be the friendly face of Sofi's at Tanger for the day

What we're looking for
- 16 years or older. Mature teens with prior work experience are encouraged to apply — this role isn't a first job. Since you'll be running the trailer on your own, we need someone who's already been trusted in a workplace.
- Independent and self-directed — you'll work the whole shift without a manager next to you. We need someone who takes initiative, solves small problems on their own, and isn't afraid to make a call.
- Reliable transportation to Sunbury is required — Tanger Outlets Columbus is about a 30-minute drive from Columbus. You must have a dependable way to get to and from your shift on time, every shift.
- Weekend availability is our biggest need — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are when the outlets are busiest. Evenings and holidays help too.
- Comfortable working in a trailer environment year-round, including warm summer days and cold winter days
- Friendly, dependable, and able to stay positive during busy rushes
- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift
- English or Spanish speakers welcome — our team is bilingual
