We're building a roster of dependable, energetic team members to work festivals, fairs, concerts, and special events across Central Ohio. When we book an event — whether it's a county fair, a music festival, or a community celebration — we'll text you the dates and ask if you're in. Pick up the gigs that fit your schedule.

This isn't a regular weekly schedule. It's gig-style work: you take the events you want, skip the ones you don't, and earn good money while being part of some of the most fun weekends in Ohio.

Sofi's Mini Donuts is a family-owned business that serves hot, fresh-made mini donuts. We bring a warm, family-style atmosphere to every event we work.

What you'll do

  • Set up and tear down the booth at festival sites (it's part of the gig)
  • Make fresh mini donuts to order — we'll train you
  • Take orders, handle cash and card payments, keep the line moving
  • Restock supplies, keep the booth clean and organized
  • Be the friendly face customers remember from the festival

What we offer

  • $15/hour + tips — festival tips are often excellent; busy events can mean serious tip income
  • Generous employee discounts across all products
  • Option for cash paid promptly after each event
  • Real growth path — strong festival workers move into crew lead roles and earn more
  • Fun, fast-paced environment at some of the best events in Ohio

What we're looking for

  • 18 years or older
  • Weekend availability is our biggest need — most festivals run Friday through Sunday, and that's where we book the heaviest schedule
  • Comfortable on your feet for long shifts (festivals are 6–12 hour days)
  • OK working outdoors in heat, cold, and occasional rain
  • Reliable — when you commit to an event, we need to count on you showing up
  • Friendly and quick on your feet during big rushes
  • Reliable transportation to event sites (sometimes 30–60 min from Columbus)
  • English or Spanish speakers welcome — our team is bilingual
  • Bonus if you have prior festival, food service, or retail experience (not required — we train)

The honest version

Festival work is hard work. The hours are long, the weather isn't always cooperative, and the rushes are intense. But for the right person, it's also some of the most fun work you can find — you're outside, you meet thousands of people, and you go home with cash in your pocket and stories to tell.

We're not the right fit for everyone. We are a great fit for people who like to hustle, work as a team, and don't mind a sweaty Saturday.
